want a personalized program but don't desire a personal trainer?
Many of my clients prefer this method! I will design a 6-8 week program
for you to do on your own. This
option is best for those who are self-motivated
and / or are tired of their current routine...
What does this entail?
1) You call (917-334-9709) or e-mail
(nyctexangal@yahoo.com) me with
your interest and I will then discuss
over the phone (25 min call) or
via e-mail (about 15 written questions)
about your goals.
2) Next I will design the personalized
program combined with a one hour
session where we go over the entire
program.
3) You can contact me at any time
while training on your own with
questions.
4) I suggest after 6-8 weeks coming
back for a new program so you can
better reach your long term goals.
What does this cost?
1) If you want a classic 3 day
program: $195 (this includes program
design and 1 hour session)
2) If you desire a 4 day program:
$235 (this includes program design
and 1 hour session).
3) If you would like a 5-6 day extensive
program for optimal results: $255
(this includes program design and
1 1/2 hour session).
If you are looking for variety:
All program options can include
weight training, stretching, cardio
training, pilates, yoga, bands,
core on the ball, cardio on the
trampoline, and heart rate training
(your choice!)...I look forward
