Congratulations! You've just taken your first step on an amazing journey. Thanks for stopping by. My name is Lauren-Lucille. I'm certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training and LOVE what I do. I moved here this year from New York City and adore Nashville. I currently can train you at The Gym at Southern Ice or in West End at Femgym. My background includes 8 years of guiding, climbing mountains and rappelling in Colorado, 12 years of softball, Cheerleading, NYC training in Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop, and an addiction to the gym for as long as I can remember. In Abilene, Texas I grew up and received my undergraduate degree from ACU before moving to New York where I went to a conservatory for music, acting, and dance. I have moved to the slower pace of Nashville and love it...so that's my story, what's yours?

I love this gym because it has everything we need, yet it's not over-crowded or intimidating. And if you want to join on your own, (not necessary if only doing training sessions) it's only $25 a month, which is great! And your kids can ice skate and play in the arcade while you work out! The gym has a tv where you can even watch them on the ice while you train.

Included in your first sesssion:
*Assessment of where you are
*A Discussion about where you want to be
*We will gauge your heart rate zones, discuss diet, and set goals
*You will leave knowing which muscles in your body are tight, strong and which ones are weak...all of this accounts for discomfort you may expericence on a day to day basis or during exercise...and a plant to improve them.
Session Rates are:
1 Hour:$60
1/2 Hour: $35
Double up: 2 people can train together for one hour: only $35 per person! This is a great way to be accountable with a friend
Double up: 2 people for 1/2 hour: only $30 per person!

You can choose a program for yourself that is for:
1) Fat loss
2) Lean Muscle Mass Gain
3) Athletic Performance Gain
4) The Pregnancy Program
Or a combination of any of the above
If you have:

Or any other special considerations, No problem -I will design a program for your specific needs.

After your first session I will design a program baised on YOUR needs and goals and we will get started!
